To be accepted as a Buyer, the following criteria must be met:

Buyers hold the same credentials as Hosted Buyers,and their accommodation is included under the all-inclusive system,
but have the flexibility of visiting without the obligation to take part in 30 pre-scheduled meetings. Hosted buyers receive a reimbursement of a limited air travel fee* once the requirements of the program are met:

-Register by February 28th 2017 (limited spaces)-
-Provide proof of purchase of the air ticket by March 30th, 2017-
-Pre-schedule a miniumum of 30 appointments through the online system-
-Attend onsite to all the pre-scheduled meetings-
-Attend to at least one set of conference program morning sessions-
-Submit verification of requirements met at the end of the event-

*Air travel fees for reimbursement are limited to a scale by country/region determined by the Organizing Committee, published on JULY 29th, 2016. Reimbursements will only be made up to such prices. NO REGISTRATION FEE

No registration fee is required for Buyers nor Hosted Buyers. Hosted Buyers receive a limited reimbursement of their air ticket cost, not available to Buyers.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted in weiting to Grupo BT USA until April 30th, 2017, no exceptions. Any no-shows or cancellations made after April 30th, 2017, until the event will result in a penalty of USD 600 WITHOUT EXCEPTION, as coverage for their cancelled hotel room, which is included to all Buyers/Hosted Buyers.

NOTE: Although Buyer/Hosted Buyer registration does not require a fee, Buyers and Hosted Buyers will be charged for their rooms if they are no-shows at the event or cancel after April 30th, 2017.

HOW IT WORKS

If your application is accepted, you will receive an invitation to attend #NEXT Travel Trade Exchange. Once registered, you will have the possibility to pre-schedule up to 40 meetings. Each meeting lasts 12 minutes, with a 3 minute break in-between to prepare for the following one. Upon arrival at the event you will receive a printed copy of your pre-scheduled meetings. Exhibitors will be based at their tables, and it is the role of the Buyers to move from meeting to meeting.

STEP 1 – INQUIRE
Complete pre-qualification form.

STEP 2 – REGISTRATION
Provided you qualify, you will receive a registration form by email, which will have to be completed and submitted to complete the process.

STEP 3 – MEETING SCHEDULING
You will be asked to select up to 40 people with whom you wish to schedule meetings.

STEP 4 –YOUR SCHEDULE
You will receive a printed copy of your schedule upon arrival at event registration area.
