HOW IT WORKS
Once your registration is confirmed to attend #NEXT Travel Trade Exchange, you will be entitled to pre-schedule up to 40 meetings. Each meeting lasts 12 minutes, with a 3 minute break in-between to prepare for the following one. Upon arrival at the event you will receive a printed copy of your pre-scheduled meetings. Exhibitors will be based at their tables and it is the role of the Buyers to move from meeting to meeting.
STEP 1 – REGISTRATION
Submit your completed registration form by email.
STEP 2 – MEETING SCHEDULING
You will be asked to select up to 40 people with whom you wish to schedule meetings, a few weeks before the event.
STEP 3 – YOUR SCHEDULE
At registration you will receive a printed copy of your schedule.
