Hosted Buyers are fully hosted flight included.
They have the responsability to reach the following requirements:

– Register by February 28th 2017 (limited spaces) –
– Provide proof of purchase of the air ticket by March 30th, 2017 –
– Pre-schedule a miniumum of 30 appointments through the online system –
– Attend onsite to all the pre-scheduled meetings –
– Attend to at least one set of conference program morning sessions –
– Submit verification of requirements met at the end of the event –

What is included in the Hosted Buyer Program?

• Round trip transportation from and to airport during scheduled times.
• All-Inclusive accommodation for the duration of the event.
• Up to 40 pre-scheduled meetings with leading exhibitors.
• Access to #NEXT Travel Trade Exchange Conference Program and presentations.
• Sightseeing and post-familiarization tours.

 

NOTE: Although Hosted Buyer registration does not require a fee, Hosted Buyers will be charged for their rooms if they are no-shows at the event or cancel after April 30th, 2017.

HOW IT WORKS

If your application is accepted, you will receive an invitation to attend #NEXT Travel Trade Exchange. Once registered, you will have the possibility to pre-schedule up to 40 meetings, weeks prior to the event. Each meeting lasts 12 minutes, with a 3 minute break in-between to prepare for the following one. Upon arrival at the event you will receive a printed copy of your pre-scheduled meetings. Exhibitors will be based at their tables, and it is the role of the Buyers to move from meeting to meeting.

STEP 1 – INQUIRE
Complete pre-qualification form.

STEP 2 – REGISTRATION
Provided you qualify, you will receive a registration form by email, which will have to be completed and submitted by February 28th, 2017 to complete the process.

STEP 3 – SUBMIT PROOF OF PURCHASE OF AIR TICKETS
Hosted buyers are required to send in their air ticket purchase by March 30th, 2017.

STEP 4 – MEETING SCHEDULING
You will be asked to select up to 40 people with whom you wish to schedule meetings.

STEP 5 – YOUR SCHEDULE
You will receive a printed copy of your schedule upon arrival at event registration area.
All documentation verifying compliance to Hosted Buyer Program terms for reimbursement purposes must be sent in for review no later than 30 natural days after the event.
